Mr. Jasmeet Singh Bhasin (Senior Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, Honours Commerce Graduate from Delhi University Shri Ram College of Commerce Rank No. 1 Delhi University. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of (ICAI) in 1992. He is CPA USA (2002), CGA Canada (2003), ICWA India (1990). He has vast experience in Finance, Legal & Accounting Services in different organization from Service Sector to Manufacturing Co. including Good Working Experience in Price Water House Delhi. He has worked as Senior Manager position in North America for Five Years. He has in-depth knowledge of Company Law, GST, Excise, Labour Law, GAAP, IFRS and other Statutory Laws. He has vast International Experience working including working with Industrial Laboratories of Canada Inc, Toronto, Canada as Asst. Finance Controller.

Mr. Vishal Sehgal (Senior Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, Honours Commerce Graduate from Delhi University is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998. He is member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (2021), He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, search & seizure and handling of corporate affairs in different areas. He has in-depth knowledge and Expertise in Company Law, GST, International Taxation, DTAA with Difference Countries. He is Tax Advisor to various International Clients of the Company doing Business in India.

Mr. Gulzari Lall Marwah (Senior Partner)

Mr. Gulzari Lall Marwah (Senior Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1963. He retired as Head of Finance in leading PSU and joined the Firm in 1991. He was has vast experience in consultancy of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and handling corporate affairs in different areas.
